Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product may be lightly used, but not excessively consumed

  • One opened product per order is eligible for a refund

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive use or abuse of this policy.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned to the address provided after your request is approved

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please email us at petepic@finishfix.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.  After we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
